Next Dallas Cowboys Head Coach Odds With Mike McCarthy Out
Mike McCarthy is not expected to return as the Dallas Cowboys' head coach and is now set to become a free agent, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Monday.
McCarthy's contract with the Cowboys expired last Wednesday with no further negotiations regarding a new deal, sources told Schefter on Monday.
BetOnline has offered odds on the Next Cowboys Head Coach all this past year (not just during the regular season).
The most recent odds released by BetOnline had Mike Vrabel as the favorite to land the Cowboys head coaching job, but New England announced Vrabel's hiring over the weekend, making him unavailable.
Ben Johnson had the second shortest odds. He's been among the most searched for names this past week in the Next Head Coach betting market, with the Jackson Jaguars among the favorites to land him.
Bill Belichick is the new head coach at UNC while Brian Flores' name has been in the mix with many of the current head coach vacancies.
